Responsibilities: • Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and tender documentation. • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications and site information. • Prepare preliminary and detailed project cost plans. • Develop project budgets and cost benchmarks. • Build and maintain current databases of labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor rates. • Prepare pricing for tenders, quotations and project proposals. • Review supplier and subcontractor quotations for completeness and competitiveness. • Support procurement negotiations and vendor comparisons. • Evaluate pr
