About this role

This position involves writing and maintaining software for clearly defined projects at Sweetwater Sound while working under the mentorship of senior engineers in a retail technology environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, takes ownership of their work, and has a genuine desire to grow professionally while contributing to team solutions. A standout requirement is the expectation to use AI coding assistants daily while developing the judgment to verify their output and knowing when to seek help rather than committing code you cannot fully understand.
