About this role

The Solutions Manager at Zip leads end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for new enterprise procurement customers, managing stakeholders, translating client requirements into configured processes, and running training sessions so customers can operate the platform independently. The role suits someone with prior finance or procurement systems experience, particularly SAP, who is comfortable working hands-on and wants to feed customer insights into the product roadmap. Candidates must be fluent in German, a requirement that stands out for a fully remote role based in Germany.
