Responsibilities: Terminal Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal. Coordinate vehicle departures, arrivals, passenger movement, boarding, and scheduling. Ensure smooth and timely execution of trips and terminal activities. Monitor terminal resources and ensure proper utilisation. Customer Service & Passenger Experience: Ensure passengers receive professional, timely, and courteous service. Handle and resolve passenger complaints and operational concerns. Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary. Maintain a positive and professional terminal
