Resilience is hiring a remote Junior Underwriter to take ownership of a renewal book of primary and excess Cyber and Tech E&O accounts, managing retention, rate adequacy, and broker relationships while working alongside a VP Underwriter and in-house security teams. The ideal candidate is someone with a foundation in traditional underwriting who is eager to step up into a fast-moving, data-driven environment and learn to combine security telemetry with conventional risk assessment. A standout requirement is the expectation that the underwriter will learn to incorporate security and technology signals into pricing and renewal decisions, rather than relying only on traditional underwriting criteria.
