Serve Robotics is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, a remote role based in Canada or the USA, to build and scale large distributed training systems for multimodal robotics data such as video and point clouds. The position focuses on optimizing training pipelines, neural network architectures, and data workflows to improve GPU utilization and speed up autonomy model development, working alongside researchers and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate has experience with petabyte-scale data processing and large GPU cluster training, and is comfortable diagnosing and resolving bottlenecks across data loading, preprocessing, and model computation.
