The Chief Software Engineer leads enterprise-wide architectural initiatives and defines long-term technology strategy for Bright Vision Technologies, designing highly scalable distributed systems that operate globally while mentoring senior engineers across multiple teams. This role requires someone with 6+ years of experience who combines deep technical expertise in system design and performance engineering with mature judgment and the ability to influence engineering decisions across the organization. The position requires candidates to have existing U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizen, green card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate) as the company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions.
