Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and prospective customers. Promote products, services, promotions, and special offers. Drive customer engagement, orders, and product adoption. Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions. Meet daily and weekly call volume, sales, and conversion targets. Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout every interaction. Requirements: A minimum of a diploma in any field. 0–2 year
