Passenger Relations Officer

About this role

Responsibilities : Attend to passenger enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally. Support smooth boarding, travel and passenger coordination. Coordinate with drivers and the Operations Team to resolve passenger issues. Provide timely updates on delays, schedule changes and other disruptions. Maintain strong passenger relationships and promote excellent customer service. Monitor passenger satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate records and prepare passenger-relations reports. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in a relevant field. 2–4 years’ experie
