About this role

Responsibilities: Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots and other beverages according to approved recipes. Wash, peel, cut and properly store fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Ensure consistent taste, portion size, appearance and quality. Welcome customers, explain menu options and take orders accurately. Recommend suitable products and encourage customers to make additional purchases. Operate the POS system and handle cash and electronic payments correctly. Keep the bar, preparation area, equipment and serving space clean and organised. Clean blenders, juicers, refrigerators
