Responsibilities: Manage daily terminal operations, vehicle movements, departures, arrivals, and passenger boarding. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve passenger complaints. Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and other operational personnel. Monitor safety, compliance, vehicle availability, and operational standards. Monitor ticketing, collections, expenses, and terminal performance. Coordinate with drivers, logistics managers, the operations team, and management.
