About this role

Responsibilities: • Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory, track material consumption, and accurately record all stock movements. • Raise and follow up on purchase orders for materials, services, and equipment hire. • Validate goods received, conduct quality checks, and perform periodic stock counts. • Enter vendor bills against purchase orders within five days, ensuring accurate VAT and WHT calculations, and forward them to the Payables team for posting. • Maintain accurate vendor and product records while preventing duplicate entries. • Monitor and track costs across projects. • Investig
