About this role

This role is for a Managing Director and Business Development Manager who will set up a new takeaway-focused quick service restaurant in Abuja from the ground up, then run its daily operations and growth. The person will handle site selection, kitchen design, menu pricing, supplier sourcing, hiring, and launch strategy, working directly with the owner. A strong candidate has at least two years of experience and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, with the ability to manage food costs and build delivery and takeaway sales.
