About this role

Responsibilities: Manage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth, professional service. Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate sales executives, cashiers, promoters, and other store employees. Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs. Maintain excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints. Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled and promoted.
