What You’ll Do • Own the SME Digital Lending product lifecycle end-to-end • Improve risk models, approval flows, and credit decision logic • Optimize acquisition and distribution channels • Drive portfolio growth while balancing risk and profitability • Prioritize based on data, unit economics, and business impact • Work closely with Risk, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams • Adapt proven international lending practices to the Nigerian market Requirements • 4–7 years of Product Management experience • Strong background in lending for SME / B2B clients • Experience in internati
