Responsibilities: CapEx Governance: Establish and maintain robust financial control frameworks for the entire project budget, tracking actual expenditures against approved capital allocations. Vendor & Cash Flow Logistics: Manage the financial pipeline for international OEMs and local contractors; oversee invoice verifications, multi-currency payments, and tax retentions (WHT, VAT).
