This role involves building reinforcement learning environments and benchmarks to evaluate how AI agents perform on realistic software engineering tasks, including designing task specifications, testing model outputs, and providing structured feedback. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a track record of shipping production systems, fluency in a major programming language, and strong judgment about code quality who can work independently and commit 20 to 40+ hours per week.
