Docplanner's PMS Global group is hiring a Lead Product Designer, fully remote within Poland, to own the design of one area of its practice management software used by clinics for visits, calendars, and billing. The role sets design direction across teams, helps decide which problems are worth solving, and works as an individual contributor while shaping a small, growing design team. A strong fit is an experienced designer who can connect user behaviour and business outcomes, and the standout requirement is measuring the impact of larger builds so that clinics spend less time on manual admin within six months.
