About this role

Responsibilities: • Monitor existing portfolios to ensure consistent performance and repayment. • Identify opportunities for customer retention, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion. • Track loan repayment patterns, portfolio quality, delinquency, and outstanding balances. • Work with Loan Officers to address overdue accounts and improve repayment rates. • Identify portfolio risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions. • Analyze portfolio performance and provide periodic reports to management. • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage continued business.
