About this role

This remote role at Ashby combines design, product management, consulting, and design system work, with the designer scoping and owning projects end to end rather than only producing mockups for a separate product manager. The ideal candidate is a versatile, self-directed designer who is comfortable shaping problems as well as solving them, and who is interested in challenging conventional product team structures.
