About this role

This role involves developing and maintaining heritage information systems built on the Arches open-source platform, including creating new features for internal and external customers and managing data pipelines for cultural heritage inventory systems. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience building secure enterprise web applications with strong proficiency in Python and Django, modern JavaScript with component-based frameworks, SQL databases, and ETL processes, while working in Agile environments. A standout requirement is that all code is developed as open-source software in public repositories from the start.
