Responsibilities: Professional Referral Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain strong referral relationships with relevant healthcare professionals. Build sustainable partnerships that generate patient referrals. Optometrist Referral Network: Build and manage a strong network of optometrists within Awka and surrounding communities. Develop referral pathways for patients requiring specialist eye care. Medical Specialist & Hospital Liaison: Develop relationships with physicians, paediatricians, other medical specialists, hospitals, and clinics. Establish appropriate referral pathways
