Responsibilities: The Ambassador Network: Recruit and screen ambassador candidates, active sellers, community leaders, campus organisers, micro-influencers, and take them through Shopnest's application, training, and certification funnel. Own the funnel end to end: application quality, training completion, test pass rate, settlement account setup, and the point at which an ambassador becomes genuinely active rather than merely certified.
