Responsibilities: The Ambassador Network: Recruit and screen ambassador candidates, active sellers, community leaders, campus organisers, micro-influencers, and take them through Shopnest's application, training, and certification funnel. Own the funnel end to end: application quality, training completion, test pass rate, settlement account setup, and the point at which an ambassador becomes genuinely active rather than merely certified. Coach ambassadors to their own recruitment targets, run briefings and refreshers, manage under-performance, and recommend de-certification where needed. Run t
