About this role

We expect the first tangible outcomes within 6-8 weeks. What You'll Do • Own the Offline Lending product lifecycle end-to-end • Optimize loan products, eligibility, pricing, limits, tenor, and approval processes • Improve customer acquisition through branches, field teams, agents, and other offline channels • Drive portfolio growth while maintaining healthy PAR, NPL, default, and profitability metrics • Work with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams • Use data to improve approval rates, turnaround time, repayment, repeat lending, and unit economics • I
