About this role

Responsibilties: Production Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and periodic production activities based on sales forecasts, customer orders, stock levels and management instructions. Prepare production schedules and allocate duties to bakers, assistants and other production staff. Ensure the required quantities of bread and other bakery products are produced on time.
