Responsibilities: Assists the shipping and clearance coordinator to manage the shipping and customs process for every purchased vehicle from auction win to port arrival to customer delivery. Assists the shipping and clearance coordinator to coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearing agents. Prepares and tracks all documentation: bill of lading, PAAR, customs duty payments, and delivery paperwork.
