About this role

This senior back-end role, offered through Lemon.io for an AI-native cloud company, involves building and scaling the systems that run inference, fine-tuning, and large GPU cluster rentals as the platform's fleet is expected to grow roughly tenfold with no corresponding team growth. The ideal candidate is a full-time remote engineer with several years of commercial experience in Golang or Python, familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed systems, and the ability to take problems from diagnosis through to production without supervision. A standout requirement is the expectation that candidates can document the business impact of their work with concrete results, such as lower costs, faster processing, or fewer incidents.
