About this role

This is an intermediate fullstack role on GitLab's Growth team, focused on the self-serve path from first visit through sign-up, trial, and first purchase on both GitLab.com and self-managed instances. The engineer works across Ruby on Rails backend code and Vue.js frontend code, partnering with product managers, UX designers, and data analysts on experiments that convert users into paying customers. Candidates should be comfortable with full-stack development and bring an interest in product thinking and data-driven experimentation.
