Graduate Operations Lead

About this role

The Graduate Operations Lead at Babban Gona Farmer Services in Nigeria oversees day-to-day operational activities that help smallholder farmers improve their profitability through the organization's support programs. The role suits a recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in agriculture, social enterprise, and field-based coordination, and who can manage logistics and work closely with farming communities. A standout requirement is the ability to work across rural field locations, which calls for willingness to travel and operate in areas outside major urban centers.
