The Staff Solutions Architect, AI Subject Matter Expert role at GitLab is a remote position across several European countries, focused on providing deep technical expertise for one product group on GitLab's largest and most complex customer opportunities. The person in this role works alongside Account Solutions Architects, advises customers on technical decisions, and feeds customer needs and field insights back to Product and Engineering teams while helping colleagues build expertise.
