Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations, content scheduling, and engagement on our Facebook Business Page and exclusive VIP customer groups. Share company updates, product information, technical articles, and industry news. • Promptly respond to customer inquiries received via social platforms. Conduct initial needs assessment and lead qualification, ensuring smooth handover to sales. • Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for our TikTok channel. Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with relevant industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). • Host regular live sessions
