About this role

Headway is a healthcare technology company hiring a Senior Counsel, Product, a remote role based in the USA that embeds a lawyer within product and engineering pods to advise on regulatory issues. The position focuses on legal guidance for AI, data usage, and health laws affecting new product development, serving as the primary attorney for specific teams. The strongest fit is a lawyer comfortable acting as an embedded strategic partner who gives real-time guidance to engineers and product managers rather than only reviewing work after the fact.
