Responsibilities: Client Enquiries, Payments and Conversion: • Manage WhatsApp, Instagram and online client enquiries • Respond to clients promptly and professionally • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products • Check appointment availability before requesting payment • Communicate approved payment instructions • Receive and verify payment evidence • Send verified payment and client details to the studio concierge for formal booking • Drive digital enquiry-to-payment conversion • Support online service and product sales Client Follow-Up and Retention: • Follow up
