About this role

ClickUp is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer on its Cloud Platform team to design, build, and operate AWS infrastructure, with a major focus on Amazon EKS, networking, and Terraform-based automation that supports multi-region growth and compliance requirements. The role suits an engineer with 6+ years of experience running large-scale distributed systems, who can own reliability through on-call, incident response, and postmortems while working closely with SRE, security, and product teams. A standout requirement is daily use of AI tooling to accelerate development, testing, and operations, as AI fluency is evaluated during hiring.
