The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning and analysis across PZ Cussons' African operations, delivering insights on performance, trends and profitability while creating budgets, forecasts and financial reports for business leaders. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with strong Excel and financial modelling skills, experience in FP&A or business analysis, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders. An ACA qualification is a standout requirement for this role.
