About this role

The Senior Product Manager for Switchboard owns the product vision and roadmap for the control plane that customers use to configure and monitor their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and that GitLab's engineers use to run upgrades and maintenance across a growing fleet of customer instances. The role is remote within the United States and suits a product leader who can balance technical and operational constraints with a clear, useful customer experience. A standout requirement is the expectation that every team member incorporates AI into daily workflows as a core productivity practice.
