About this role

The Senior UX Designer role at the Wikimedia Foundation is a full-time, permanent, remote position within a multi-disciplinary product team focused on trust and safety, primarily working with the Reader Growth team on features for new and casual Wikipedia readers. The ideal candidate is a designer with a solid grasp of user experience and product development who can clearly explain design goals and processes to colleagues and shape product strategy through prototyping, experimentation, and design system work. Candidates must be available for synchronous collaboration from 14:00 to 18:00 UTC, and the role emphasizes applying accessibility standards to all designs.
