About this role

This senior engineering manager role leads the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads at Grafana Labs, owning their performance, delivery, and customer outcomes across the frontend that powers Grafana's dashboards, visualization, navigation, and search. The position suits a leader who can manage engineering teams while supporting the platform foundations that open-source contributors and plugin developers build on, and the job is fully remote and based in Spain. A standout requirement is the ability to balance team growth and delivery with the technical direction of a widely used open-source observability product.
