About this role

The SSHE Specialist I role at Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited in Akwa Ibom supports safety, security, health, and environmental programs for oil and gas site operations, handling permits, agency communication, compliance reviews, and liaison between field operations and headquarters. The position suits a candidate with roughly 10 to 15 years of experience and a bachelor's or equivalent degree, ideally with some graduate study, who can work with diverse field teams and influence operations without formal authority. A standout requirement is the expectation to serve as the local subject matter expert on regulatory and offshore installation compliance questions.
