About this role

Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates new customer onboarding. Owns the CRM/WhatsApp lead pipeline end-to-end: every Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) handed off by marketing is logged, assigned, and tracked to close or loss. Sets daily/weekly follow-up cadences for the sales assistant and personally manages higher-value leads (bulk dealer orders, diaspora buyers). Liaises directly with the marketing team lead on lead quality and conversion feedback, closing the loop between ad spend and actual sales.
