About this role

This role is a technical team lead who writes code alongside managing a small group of full-stack engineers, setting backend engineering standards and building scalable services using TypeScript and Node.js. The ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer who enjoys hands-on development, mentoring others, and making architectural decisions while remaining actively involved in coding and code reviews. A standout requirement is the need to strengthen backend capabilities within a predominantly frontend-focused organization.
