About this role

• 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or measurement (preferably within financial services) • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Solid understanding of campaign measurement methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, attribution models) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, data manipulation)Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance, wealth management) • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing
