Product Manager - Financial Systems

About this role

This role owns the design and delivery of financial products including settlements, merchant payouts, refunds, and disputes at Paystack, working across engineering, finance, compliance and support teams from discovery through launch. The ideal candidate has at least three years of product management experience shipping multiple products end-to-end and can navigate complex systems thinking, stakeholder management, and operational edge cases where money movement fails. A standout requirement is the ability to think through failure scenarios like unavailable partners, timeout transactions, and partial states, then translate those insights into clear product decisions and specifications.
