About this role

Responsibilities: Receives walk-in customers to the office and directs them appropriately. Handles general phone and inbound WhatsApp inquiries that aren't yet sales-qualified — pricing questions, hours, location, general "how does this work" questions- and routes qualified interest to the Sales Assistant. Schedules office visitor appointments. Handles first-line complaint intake and escalates unresolved issues to management. Maintains a professional, warm, and welcoming front for the office, the human face of the "trust-first" brand promise. Requirements: Minimum qualification of a BSC 3 year
