About this role

The Staff Forward Deployed Engineer role at GitLab, based in EMEA, combines hands-on customer work on AI adoption and agentic software delivery with direct contributions to GitLab's product code. The position suits experienced engineers who can operate with Staff-level technical rigor while working closely in the field with customers on complex, high-priority problems. A standout requirement is the expectation that all team members integrate AI into their daily workflows as a core part of how they work.
