About this role

This freelance role involves taking part in a one-time, moderated usability study for a global fintech client, where a Testlio UX researcher meets one-on-one with the tester to gather feedback on a payments app. The ideal candidate is a remote-based freelancer in Germany or the Netherlands who regularly sends money to India through digital transfer apps and is comfortable speaking English. A standout requirement is that applicants must have never used a particular money transfer app before, and the session takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
