About this role

This role leads the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads at Grafana Labs, a remote company behind the Grafana Cloud observability platform, owning team performance, delivery, and customer outcomes for the Grafana user interface and its shared frontend foundations. The position suits an experienced engineering manager who can guide multiple squads, balance platform reliability with user experience across dashboards, navigation, and search, and support both internal engineers and external plugin developers in the open-source ecosystem. A notable requirement is the ability to lead large-scale frontend teams in a fully distributed, multi-country environment while keeping delivery and quality aligned with customer needs.
